Really Lead to Foot Odor

Some people sweat more than others do. It might be genetic or caused by other factors and make them experience sweaty feet. It is a normal process and it makes the skin stay cool. Sweat in the feet is caused by bacteria. Bad odor can be termed as stench or stink. This smell that is not pleasing and can make our noses twitch or itch.

There are various reasons that make your sweaty feet cause a bad odor. The type of shoes you wear may also cause you to sweat giving you smelly feet. There are shoes made of rubber like the gum boots or w omen's boots. Since they are worn way above our ankles and they almost cover our entire legs, they get warmed up fast, making our feet to sweat.

If you do not put on socks, the sweat will mix with your shoes. Shoes especially made from leather when they get into contact with sweat will definitely produce a stench. If you wear socks, the material absorbs the sweat and will merely cause bad odor. However, it depends on the quality of socks that you put on. 100% acrylics are the best in absorbing sweat.

Sweat is also triggered by humid climate. When you are walking under the sun, it is most likely that your feet are going to sweat. This is a situation whereby the sweat is produced by the body in order to make it cooler. Therefore, you will get foot odor.

Physical exercise, working out and other activities that use up our energy in our daily lives will also work up a sweat. If you walk for too long or run then you are going to sweat. Sweating is another way of getting rid of excess salts in our bodies. The salts come out in form of water and are not clean. They have a bad odor making your feet smell.
